QR codes for real estate signs that survive the listing
Yard signs outlive listings. A dynamic QR code lets one sign serve every property you list.
One sign, many listings
Print a dynamic QR code on your reusable sign rider. For each new listing, edit the destination to that property's page. The physical rider is reused; the code always points at the current home.
Point to the right page
Link straight to the listing with photos and a contact button, not your homepage. Buyers on the sidewalk want the price and the pictures in one tap.
Know which signs get scanned
If you run multiple signs (corner directional, yard, window), use a distinct code per sign. Scan counts show which placement generates interest, and a sudden zero often means a sign fell over.
Print specs
Yard signs are read from 2 to 3 metres: use a code 20 to 30 cm wide. Matte finish, white background, dark code. Test in bright sun and at dusk.
